Charter Policies

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, please review the following policies before booking your trip.

Booking & Reservations
Reservations are required to secure your spot on the charter. Trips require a deposit or full payment at the time of booking. Your reservation is confirmed once payment arrangements are completed.

Arrival Time
Guests are asked to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to departure (by 7:30am). The boat will depart at the scheduled time (8am).

Weather Policy
Safety is our top priority. The Captain will monitor weather and sea conditions. If a trip must be canceled due to unsafe weather conditions, guests will have the option to reschedule.

Alcohol Policy
1 - 6 pack of Beer in aluminum can is allowed per person.  Any other Alcohol is NOT permitted in the vessel. However, excessive intoxication or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated in the vessel.

Safety Rules
All guests must follow the Captain’s safety instructions at all times. Safety equipment is provided onboard and must not be tampered with. Children must be supervised by an adult.

Conduct
We strive to provide a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for everyone onboard. Disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior toward the crew or other guests will not be tolerated.

Right to Refuse or Terminate Service
For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, the Captain and crew reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a charter at any time due to unsafe behavior, excessive intoxication, failure to follow safety instructions, or violation of charter policies. In such cases, refunds may not be issued.

Fish Regulations
All fishing is conducted in accordance with federal and state regulations. The Captain will advise which fish may be kept based on current limits and seasons.

By booking a charter, guests acknowledge and agree to follow all policies listed above.
